There is a deviation in the printing position
The calibration/alignment settings vary from printer to printer. If the printed pattern is misaligned, adjust the entire layout and text collectively, or reposition each individual pattern and text element separately to ensure proper printing alignment.
Enlarge or reduce the printed image
Making sure that the printer is set to print at “100%” or Actual size.
I can't move pictures and text in a Word template.

Drag around image freely ：
Microsoft Word can be very restrictive when inserting images into text boxes. To solve this, we insert the image in a layer above the text box.
Select your image. On the toolbar, go to Format > Position > More Layout Options > Text Wrapping > In front of text
You should now be able to drag the image around freely. Ensure it stays within the template lines for it to be printed correctly.
Drag around Text freely：
Similar to inserting images above, you may want the freedom to drag around your text without being limited by the text box.
First create a text box. On the toolbar, go to Insert > Text Box
Select the text box, and go to Format > Position > More Layout Options > Text Wrapping > In front of text
You should now be able to drag the text around freely. Ensure it stays within the template lines for it to be printed correctly.
